  GROUP EXERCISE POLICIES
  • Water bottles are required for cycling classes
  • Participants should consult with physician prior to engaging in exercise classes
  • All classes are first come basis. Participants may not “reserve” bikes or equipment (EXCEPTION: All Cycling Classes at Seattle Municipal Tower require a 30-minute advanced reservation by calling 206.343.4692)
  • Classes are subject to change
  • Late arrivals are not permitted unless specially arranged with instructor
