Susan Wentzien
CPT
Education:
B.S., Biology, Santa Clara University
Secondary Teaching Credential, University of California, Chico
Certifications:
Certified Personal Trainer, National Strength and Conditioning Association
Philosophy:
A person's health is made up of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual components. Although all are interrelated, I believe that having good physical health can positively impact all other aspects of health. When a person is physically fit and feels well, he or she has the ability to tackle life's obstacles with confidence.
As a personal trainer, my goal is to help clients of all ages and abilities obtain optimal physical health through individualized fitness plans. Successful fitness plans have three parts: 1.) clearly defined goals, 2.) a detailed action plan, and 3.) a system for accountability. Working together, client and trainer can address the three parts of fitness plan and create a unique personal training experience.
