I take a holistic approach to personal
training. I want my clients to achieve their
goals by integrating fitness whenever and
however they are able. Fitness is a way of life
and I approach each person with the idea of
helping them change their life for the better
and feel good doing it. I focus on flexibility,
range of motion and functional training to
enhance each individual's daily life. Within my
training style, I incorporate an emphasis on
form, strength and balance while utilizing
weight training to develop optimal functional
strength. Communication is key to good training,
so let me know how I can help you! |

My
goal as a personal trainer is that every client
reaches their desired fitness potential. I
believe that this can be achieved through hard
work and education. I expect every client to
give me a 100% and as a result they will reach
their goals. In return, I will always give back
a 100% through proper assessment, program design
and modifications, education and most
importantly, support and encouragement.
I am a busy mother of a 3 year old boy and I
have always worked full-time. I understand the
demands of life. I also understand the desire to
be healthy and fit. Anything worth doing is
never easy and your health and fitness are no

My desire for all my clients is that they can
easily play with their great grandchildren and
great nieces and nephews well into their 80s and
90s!
This requires balance, coordination, strength,
endurance, power and agility; training the
muscles and joints to respond properly to given
physical demands. It requires good alignment and
range of motion. It requires a ever evolving
dynamic balance between engagement and
relaxation. It requires starting now!
As a former actor and stage director my unique
perspective for fitness is rooted in the
necessity for the body to be able to move with
ease and effortlessness. In order to be able to
express oneself on stage the body has to be both
strong and at ease—dynamic! I believe the same
applies to every day life. We must become
dynamic with and within our own bodies to truly
experience the quality of life we desire. I have
been practicing Tai Chi Chuan and other movement
& balance techniques for over 17 years. Having
spent my entire adult life pursuing and learning
about balance, movement, and strength I am
uniquely qualified to help you achieve your
balance, movement and strength goals.

Training Philosophy and Style
My approach is making my clients more adaptable
to everyday life situations. I do this by
building a strong core, improve balance, and
coordination. It is important that my clients
have knowledge of the proper form, and intensity
while they are exercising.
My passion is to get my clients excited about
training. It is important to me to provide the
encouragement, and confidence that my clients
need to reach their goals. My view is that a
personal trainer must be creative in the
exercise programming for each client so that
muscle gain and fat loss maximized. |
