Mark
Bryant, Personal TrainerMark Bryant has over 25 years of
experience in the fitness industry. He is a personal trainer and
senior fitness instructor certified by the International Fitness
Association (IFA), ExpertRating, and the Enhance Fitness Program. In
March 2007, Mark Bryant was named the National Enhance Fitness
Instructor of the Year. Over the years, Mark has worked with dozens
of men and women of all ages and skill levels, including those with
physical limitations. Because of his personal commitment to helping
his clients reach their fitness goals, he created the ExFlex Plan.
This program teaches both advanced lifters and beginners to use
proper form and technique while flexing specific muscle groups to
achieve better results.
Mark moved to Seattle from New York City in 1987 and has competed
in bodybuilding and powerlifting meets here on the West Coast. His
titles include:
- World Champion Powerlifter, Deadlift, 2000
- World Championship, 2nd Place, Deadlift, 1999
- Washington State Deadlift Record Holder, 1998
- Three-time Washington State Powerlifting Champion
Mark also has over 30 years of training in the martial arts. He
participated in competitions on the East Coast for over 10 years,
and has developed the Combative Arts Training System (C.A.T.S. Kung
Fu). This system combines the traditional form and philosophy of
Chinese martial arts with a modern street approach to develop
real-world fighting skills.
Mark has been publicized in Powerlifting USA, The Filipino American
Herald, and The Beacon Hill News South District Journal. He holds
certifications from the American Heart Association in CPR and Basic
First Aid (BFA). Currently, he is studying to become a Physical
Therapist Aide. |

One of
the
biggest
reasons
for
becoming
a
personal
trainer
is to
motivate
people
and help
them
reach
their
fitness
goals. I
love
helping
people
feel
better
about
themselves.
I
personally
know how
it feels
to lose
weight-I
lost 35
lbs
about a
year
ago.
With
exercise
and
eating
right, I
have
managed
to keep
it off.
My whole
life
changed
and I
can’t
believe
how it
boosted
my
self-esteem
and
confidence.
I hope
to
extend
this
experience
of my
life to
my
clients,
and
teach
them the
tools to
help
them
reach
their
goals.
