Aqua Fitness:
Non-impact cardiovascular workout in the pool. The buoyancy of the water is great for joint health and the risk of injury is dramatically reduced. You do not have to be a swimmer to enjoy this workout. Good for all fitness levels.

Body Sculpt:
Full body strength training class using free weights and other functional apparatus. The focus is on muscular strength and endurance with a low to mid weight range and high repetition sets, your heart will be pumping while you get stronger. Good for all fitness levels.

High energy, fun, intense class that incorporates drills for speed, agility and power. Class held outdoors weather permitting.

Indoor group cycling class which uses a specialized stationary bike that you can increase / decrease resistance to simulate any kind of outdoor terrain. Music will be energizing you as your instructor takes you on a journey. Good for all fitness levels.

Explosive cardiovascular workout that includes elements of taekwando and boxing. This will also increase core strength, upper body strength, flexibility and alertness. Soon this class will transition to a contact class using heavy bags and gloves. Good for all fitness levels.

This yoga is a supported, conscious mind/body practice. It focuses on opening up the body to relieve tension and increase flexibility. Provides a greater ease of movement and allows the mind and body to rest deeply leaving you feeling refreshed and restored.

Using a platform that ranges from 4 to 10 inches high, this class provides combinations of movements to music that give a great cardiovascular workout. Good for all fitness levels.
