Here
in

creative
a

With
regards
to

as a
strategy
to

changes.
We
will
encourage
specific
behavior
and
praise
with
patience
and
kindness.
If a
situation
arises
and
our
attempts
are
not
effectively
working,
it
may
be
necessary
for
the
child
to
“Take
a
Break”.
If
this
final
strategy
does
not
work,
the
parent
will
be
contacted.
-

We
do
realize
that
this
can
take
a
little
adjustment
and
will
offer
love
and
patience
until
the
child
feels
safe
and
secure.
If
we
feel
